Any message sent is dealt with in the strictest of confidence, we will not retain any detail, including the message itself which will be destroyed as soon as we respond.
We know that in a small community it can be difficult to speak about such personal subjects as sexuality and gender identity. We want to assure you that any messages will be treated with the greatest level of confidentiality and we have a established strict protocols to ensure any information shared with us is retained only as long as required to answer your question, we will not ask for any information which could reveal your identity unless you volunteer that information.
We would advise you to ensure the e-mail address you provide us to reply to is private and only you have access too. If necessary you may wish to create a temporary e-mail address just to have this conversation.
Only the 3 office bearers of Blyde Pride Shetland can access messages and messages shall not be addressed outside of the e-mail conversation.
